Challenge
ThinkWarwick is run by Jacob Warwick, an executive coach and compensation negotiator who works with C-suite leaders. He had years of career coaching content, but it was spread across more than 20 hours of recorded webinars and dozens of blog posts. The goal was to turn it into one self-paced course, so executives could get his most important advice in one focused place.
Deliverables
I distilled the lectures and blog posts down to their key takeaways, then built the course around clear learning objectives. Each lesson was paired with exercises in a 54-page workbook so learners could apply the concepts to their own job search as they went.
Jacob didn’t want to sound like he was reading from a script, so I wrote the video scripts as annotated bullet points to help him sound conversational instead of scripted.
Approach
Content audit
Learning objectives and detailed course plan
Annotated video scripts for studio recording
54-pages of workbook content
